Define your success by discipline, not by a number on the scale.  Do not let the number on the scale discourage you, especially if you are working out.  Fat turns into muscle, so your overall weight number may not change on the scale because your lean body mass is increasing.  This is a good thing!

At the end of the day, we must be grateful for the body God gave us and love ourselves.
