I think we’ve all tried to rationalize our bad eating habits! However, if we want to lose weight, it is a fact more calories consumed than expended equals weight gain. It is a simple math equation, along with consuming the correct balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.
The general theme of this Chapter, similar to Chapters 11 and 12, is that feeling empty and emotional can trigger destructive eating behavior.
